# EventFlow Floorplan Builder

> EventFlow Floorplan Builder is browser-based, to-scale 2D event diagramming software for venues. It provides the floorplan builder from the full EventFlow platform as a standalone subscription.

- Monthly: $49 USD per venue per month, billed monthly. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time.
- Annual: $490 USD per venue per year, billed annually for a twelve-month plan. This is equivalent to $40.83 USD per month and includes 2 months free compared with twelve monthly payments: pay for ten months and receive twelve months of access.
- Prices exclude local taxes. Each plan includes unlimited floorplans and unlimited users at that venue.
- Build to-scale room diagrams and seating plans with tables and other elements, view the live seat count, export branded PDF or PNG plans, and share view-only live links with clients.
- Supported layouts include banquet, theatre, cabaret, cocktail, U-shape, boardroom, classroom, and trade show.
- To set up a space, customers send their plans to the EventFlow team, which builds the room templates.
- Client share links are view-only; clients cannot edit the floorplan.
- This standalone plan excludes guest allocations, client collaboration, run sheets, menus, event details, chats, and payments. Those features belong to the full EventFlow portal.
- The builder is 2D, not a photorealistic 3D walkthrough tool.
- Customers upgrading to the full portal keep their floorplans, and payments on this standalone plan are credited toward their first year of the full portal.
- Venues operating more than five locations can contact EventFlow about group pricing.
